Senior Account Manager (Experiential)
London
£45,000 - £48,000
Are you an ambitious experiential Senior Account Manager who thrives on bringing brands, films and games to life through unforgettable live experiences?
We're working with a boutique experiential agency that's part of a wider communications group, delivering standout press/launch events, roadshows, tours, stunts, activations, exhibitions and events for some of the biggest names in entertainment and gaming. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, take ownership of exciting projects and build a long-term career within a fun, collaborative agency.
About the Role:
No two days look the same. You’ll be at the heart of the agency’s project delivery, working across the full lifecycle of some genuinely exciting briefs:
Assisting with the production and implementation of a range of event projects from initial client briefing through to completion. This will incorporate research for proposals, preparation, submission and presentation of pitch documents and detailed costing estimates.
Compiling, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
Logistical planning for events including location research, transport, travel and accommodation.
Staffing recruitment, training, briefing and remuneration.
Budget planning and management, purchasing goods and services for event facilitation including preparation of spreadsheets and profitability evaluation.
Event implementation including attendance at site visits, event installations, during live events and dismantle sessions.
Client, supplier, venue and staff liaison and management.
Post event evaluation and reporting.
About you:
Excellent organisational skills with an aptitude for thorough logistical detail: planning and project execution.
The ability to research and produce compelling presentations and detailed budgets.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and within very short timescales.
A proactive, capable, enthusiastic attitude and a tireless commitment to best-in-class delivery.
An understanding of design and artwork processes for the creative aspects of projects.
Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and Excel.
A working knowledge of social media.
A flexible and fun, can-do attitude.
Entertainment experience would be fantastic, but it's not essential. What matters most is a genuine passion for creating brilliant experiences.
This is a fun team that values longevity, trust and giving people room to grow. They're looking for someone who wants to build a career for the long term. There will occasionally be weekend work around live events and activations, so flexibility is important.
